welcome . This blog is referred to ways, resources, and tools that teachers have when teaching, I hope you enjoy it.

To create a good environment with students , teachers  take the necessary control through rapport; which is in essence the relationship that teachers have with students , and vice versa. The student's perception is good when they find a relaxed teacher behaviour; ( well organised and good preparated)  and the result of this are attracted and interested students ; A better transmition and recolection of knowledge. Teacher can 'act' in differents forms or styles, called performance modes,  in order to show a kind of teacher role depending the situation of the school, area, etc.  The first role is Controller, who takes note of everything into the  classroom , is leading from the front, is in charge. ( he or she organises drills, reads aloud, takes register of all the activities into the classroom) .The second role is prompter who is supporting  students, with total discretion. (give tools to create autonomous learners). In the third place is the Resourse who acts like a guidance;  he or she shows the way that learners should take . In fourth position is Participant: he or she take part in the class, participate in the activities ( correcting mistakes in class, taking away doubts, etc). To finish, is the Tutor who is a mixed between participant and Resourse, he or she supports and help, but with low profile. An issue that confronts many teachers in their classes is how much they shoul talk, and what kind of talk this should be. In classroom the uses of TTT and STT can be positive if are used with discretion; because if teachers or students speak without purpose of teaching or learning ( losing important time)  the transmission and recollection of knowledge will fail.  So in order to be more productive or efficient, teacher sould adoptate TTQ to take advantage of teaching.
